This Website was created on a Ubuntu Linux System using the GPL
Quanta Plus Web Development Environment.
Graphics manipulation was done using
GIMP freeware. Both
Quanta Plus and GIMP were supplied with the Ubuntu Linux
distribution. We are using original javascripting and css web formatting.
I am currently maintaining the website using Notepad++ on a Windows 7 System. I still
use Gimp on Windows for graphics.
